Breezy is in the clear and wont have to worry about criminal charges for allegedly punching Liziane Gutierrez in the face at a private New Years after-party in Vegas. As previously reported Gutierrez filed a police report claiming the singer physically assaulted her earlier this month after she was caught taking pictures of him.

Authorities said, they dropped the case because there was no evidence to back-up her claims, including any signs of injury.  For someone as fare as she is, after allegedly being socked in the eye by a 6'2 - 180 plus pound Chris Brown, she should've been sportin' a nice little shiner at the very least.

So they were more inclined to go with Breezy's story, that he didn't know her and she was simply pissed because she was put out of the party. Police said her past allegations against Jason Derulo last year, were also a factor in their decision to drop the case.  As for Chris, he said he's going to sue Gutierrez for making false claims against him and hopes this will serve as a warning for anyone else who tries to get a check.
