Flowers On The Lake Is Thursday October 30th

The Oasis A Safe Haven (formerly Calcasieu Women's Shelter) reminds the community their annual Flowers On The Lake will take place Thursday October 30th.

On Thursday, October 30th, Oasis A Safe Haven (formerly Calcasieu Women's Shelter) will host its annual Flowers On The Lake celebration.  This event will take place at the Lake Charles Civic Center on the seawall at 6 pm.  Join us as we remember mothers, sisters and daughters we've lost to domestic violence.

Sadly, this horrible crime has taken the lives of thousands of woman in our country, community and state.  This Thursday we will remember and honor them, in a celebration of their lives.  For more information call Gecyka Williams at 337-436-4552.
