The 10th annual “HipHop Cash Kings List” is out, and it looks slightly different than the previous years, a sign that the face of hip-hop is certainly evolving, but not by much just yet.

According to Forbes, Diddy still reigns supreme on the list, raking in $62 million in the past year. Most of his earnings came from his deal with Ciroc vodka and non-musical ventures. He can still thank the music for keeping him in the number one spot.

At number 2 is Jay Z, earning $53.5 million from his Roc Nation entertainment company, branding deals with Armand de Brignac champagne, D’Usse cognac, and other non-music related ventures. There’s been no new music or touring from Hov in the past year, but I’m sure the numbers would look different if he had.

The N.W.A. biopic "Straight Outta Compton” put Dr. Dre at number 3 on the list raking in $41 million, not to mention his residual income from Apple's buy out of Beats by Dre.

With the tremendous success of his latest album Views, a deal with Apple Music, endorsements with Nike and Sprite, and touring, Drake makes the list at number 4 with $38 million in earrings over the past year. If he keeps it up, he might just top the list one day.
