According to court docs filed on Tuesday by a former security guard, Universal Music Publishing Group’s West Coast office has been “infiltrated with pervasive drug use where you could smell marijuana seeping from various offices, and openly used in common areas, and lounges.”

The lawsuit details the unprofessionally cavalier attitude of the company towards marijuana use in the office.   The anonymous woman alleges her superiors would ignore her written complaints and on numerous occasions she was informed when to “expect blazers”, a term used to refer to marijuana smokers.   At one point she recalls ”artists and high-profile celebrities began visiting the premises with drugs in hand and oftentimes offering drugs to Plaintiff, which she refused,” according to the lawsuit.

The complaint comes from an anonymous 41-year old security guard who claims she began working there in 2010.  It just so happens that she’s suing them and several of their affiliates over alleged labor violations including a hostile work environment.

The woman is making some very serious allegations against the company and is also boldly name dropping several celebs who've used drugs in her presence.  Get all the details below with Tha Wire.
