Frank Ocean has always drawn from an eclectic variety of inspirations for his music and his new album seems to be no exception.

The singer spoke to MTV News while being honored at the Time 100 Most Influential People gala about what he's listening to as he records his follow-up to 'Channel Orange.' “When I was making the first [album] there were a group of artists that I listened to, just for inspiration and just to like absorb the energies," Ocean revealed. "It was a lot of Stevie Wonder, and this time it’s a lot of Beach Boys and Beatles and whatnot, so we’ll see how it trickles into the music and the final product. I can’t say much other than that."

When asked about what other projects he's working on aside from his forthcoming LP, the Odd Future affiliate was coy and would only share that there were "a couple" of things in the pipeline.
