The singer was supposed to record a track called ‘Pure Imagination’ for Chipole’s new marketing campaign.  Ocean was set to earn cool $425,000 for the gig, but apparently wasn’t happy when the company’s logo appeared at the end of the ad.  So much so, that he decided to pull out of the gig.  When he did, Chipotle sued him for the $212,500 advance they paid him and damages.

Needless to say, Frank Ocean was forced to pay the money back.  However he let them know, he was pissed about it.  As a matter of fact the singer posted the check he wrote Chipole on his Tumblr account, which included a nice little message for the restaurant chain in the memo portion.

Finally, as the highly-anticipated wedding of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian draws near, more details are being revealed about the superstar pair’s prenuptial agreements.

Radar is reporting Kim will receive $1 million for every year she’s married to the Kanye with a $10 million cap, in the event of a divorce.

An alleged source close to the couple told Radar,

“The entire process for the prenup for Kim and Kanye has been extremely easy, and relatively drama free.  Kanye didn’t even think the couple needed a prenup, and was ready to give Kim carte blanche to all of his financial assets. Yes, he loves Kim that much.

There is a huge difference from Kim’s prenup with Kris Humphries… the preparation of their agreement went on for several months.  It was long and tedious.  The couple is focused on the wedding and looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together. Kim is head over heels in love with Kanye, and knows this is forever.  Despite having been married twice before, Kim is treating this wedding as her one and only.”

Meanwhile find out the other details surrounding the couple’s prenup and their wedding date below inside Tha Wire.  Plus, the rest of the info on today’s other stories, including celeb birthdays.
