According to TMZ, rapper Future is being sued by well known Louisiana concert promoter Robert Callier for pulling an alleged no-show last year in August.  The ATL MC is being accused of causing Callier a massive loss of $150K, the projected amount he would've made had the rapper fulfilled his agreement and performed.  According to website, Callier claims he paid Future an advance fee of $15 grand and then the night of the concert the rapper didn't show up.

Meanwhile, Futures camp says that's not the way things went down.  Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ Future not only showed up, but performed a song before his management pulled the plug.  The website reports Future was told not to do another song until he was paid the remainder of his money.  When that didn't happen the rappers management made the call to shut it down and they left the venue.

There's no details on what amount Callier booked Future for, but supposedly the rapper gets $150,000 per 45 minute performance.  Looks like this ones gonna have to be worked out in court, beings both sides have two totally different views on who owes who. Speaking of which, Calliers lawsuit may“F*ck Up Some Commas” for the rapper as he's suing Future for $150,000 in damages and his $15,000 retainer fee.

Finally, I got an update on a previous TMZ story.  Earlier this year I brought you news about a North Carolina fan who filed suit against 2 Chainz for calling her a "Thot." Christine Chisholm, was invited back stage in what turned out to be a case of mistaken identity.  Most of her encounter wound up on Youtube and the embarrassing ordeal was the basses of her $5 million dollar lawsuit.

While documenting his tour, a member of the 2 Chainz camp started filming around the time when the rapper was trying to find out who Chisholm was and how she got backstage.  In the video, it's clear Chainz didn't want anything to do with any groupie action and even more clear that he wanted her to leave.  While the rapper and his crew tried to figure out who she was, the young woman was made aware she was being filmed.

That was pretty much her que to 'exit stage left', but she get the hint.  In her defense maybe it was fear or the shame of being in an awkward position with people she didn't know kept her from leaving.  Whatever the case, the young woman made matters worse when she called the rapper August Alsina.

Peep the video below to see how the unfortunate event unfolded.

Long story short the Christine Chisolm claimed in her lawsuit once the video hit the net, she was harassed and lost her job because of the negative attention.  So in addition of being called a "thot", she was sued for the damage and embarrassment caused by vlog. Unfortunately enough for her, TMZ reports a federal judge didn't feel her pain and recently dismissed the lawsuit.

The judge tossed the case out ruling being called being called “that hoe over there,” isn't “extreme or outrageous conduct.”
