The future of Wu-Tang Clan's Once Upon a Time in Shaolin album currently lies in the hands of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, but Ghostface Killah and Method Man are working on getting the project back.

In an Instagram photo posted on Tuesday (April 17), Ghost and Meth revealed they're working with former FBI Director James Comey to get their hands on the album. "Me and my brother @methodmanofficial Workin on getting that album back from the feds... wu Tang forever @comey," Ghostface wrote in the caption of a photo of the three.

It appears the photo-op between the Wu-Tang members and Comey took place during the Tuesday episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, where the three were guests.

In March, convicted pharmaceutical mogul Martin Shkreli was ordered to give up the sole copy of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, as well as a copy of Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V. According to a filing from the Department of Justice, Sessions now has say over what happens to the album.

“The United States hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of the forfeited property in such manner as the United States Attorney General may direct,” the filing read.

But while The Saga Continues rappers may be trying to get the record back, RZA and Cilvaringz still partially own the master to the album and plan to petition for the project when it finds a new owner. “The contract the album was sold under requires Mr. Shkreli to bind any new taker of the album to all of the same terms it was sold under,” Cilvaringz's attorney, Peter Scoolidge said. “If and when that happens, my client could file papers in the forfeiture proceeding to enforce the restrictions on use of the album."
