Goal Set – Sharmitta Rideau Health Minute
Today's the day. Write down your goals for a healthier you. Think about what you want to accomplish and put your thoughts to paper.
Once you do that, set a few goals for yourself. Example: Cruise in March; my goal exercise three times a week and cut back on sugar and sweets. There's something about writing it down, that kinda helps you stick to it. Make obtainable goals too. Don't set a goal to high because your setting yourself up for failure. Baby steps will get you there and keep you there.
So, today make a goal and stick to it. Once you meet it, set another and another. Remember to stretch as well. Stretching does the body and muscles good. For more details on how to stay fit, here's today's health minute:
