According to the Associated Press Gucci appeared in court on Tuesday for arraignment on two counts of possession by a convicted felon.  Worse case scenario, if convicted on each count, Gucci who's real name is Radric Davis is looking at a possible 20 years in federal prison and fines up to $500,000.

As previously reported the rapper was caught on two separate occasions with loaded handguns in September and was arrested after a friend called 911 because he was acting bizarre.   When police arrived on the scene, the rapper was so out of it he began "cursing and threatening" them.  What led to the stars arrest was the small amount of marijuana and concealed weapons that were found on his person.  However, he was in such a bizarre state, police took him to a hospital for mental evaluation and later sentenced to six months in jail for probation violation.

The rapper will continue to be detained until his trial and at this point it's unclear whether Atlanta officials will relinquish custody to federal officials.
