Gucci Mane’s Community Service Request Denied
Gucci Mane's request for community service has been denied.
According to Fox Atlanta, a Fulton County judge denied Gucci's request for community service after his assault arrest. The rapper's attorney says a trial date hasn't been set, but it's reported to be set for sometime in November or December.
Back in April, Gucci, Radric Davis, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a fan at a nightclub. James Lettley, who serves in the military, told police that Gucci hit him with a bottle. The fan claimed that he just wanted to take a picture with the 'So Icey' rapper, but instead he spazzed on him.
Gucci released three mixtapes last week, all at once. "World War 3 Vol. 1, 2, and 3."
