It's hard to believe, but the holidays are right around the corner.  For those of us already struggling to eat right and maintain a healthy weight, things are about to get even harder. They are filled with traditions that can play a big role in stress.  Being stressed out can lead us into unhealthy eating and that is not what we want to do.  So try and think of the little changes you can make to reduce your overall stress level.

By doing this your stress level will come to a balance that your body needs.  Not to mention, you can curve your appetite at the same time.  When things are going good, the holiday season is still a difficult time to steer clear of foods that are not good for us.  So any self-help you can get, can go a long way to you surviving the holiday meals, party foods and banquets.
