Herbert Van Stephens was a well known fashion designer to the stars and one of his most notable clients, was Oprah Winfrey. Stephens spent decades styling the biggest names in Hollywood, however the only thing he’ll be styling from here on out is a prison jumpsuit.
The 53-year-old costume and wardrobe designer had a open gay relationship with 24-year old John Atkinson. The two were the socialite couple of Chicago and all seemed well, until something drove Stephens to murder. Van Stephens has a film credit for wardrobe in the 1997 movie Peoria Babylon and has most notably styled Oprah for her TV show in the past.

TMZ is reporting that 40 Glocc is now suing fellow Cali emcee Game for the now infamous beat-down. According to legal docs attained by TMZ, 40 is seeking $2 million for punitive damages, $750,000 in lost earnings, $500,000 in pain and suffering, $500,000 in emotional distress, $25,000 in medical expenses, and other damages.
