Hoverboards Are Blowing Up All Over The World.. Literally [VIDEO]

Christmas is over and there is a chance that you or someone you know received a Hoverboard over the holidays. I know about two people personally. While this is the biggest craze with everyone from professional atheletes to singers and rappers riding down the street and everywhere else with their new mobile machines. I have never been a person to want to invest in something that is new. As a matter of fact, I didn't get my first Playstation until they made the PS2. I want to make sure the kinks are worked out and that things are moving a little better before I invest my money.

Although I think I can say that this is something that I won't be investing in. I don't knock it, but there is something to be said about Christmas toys that are well over 500 dollars and having issues with defected ones taking over. Here is the latest story of a Hoverboard actually catching on fire. This is not something that should be happening. I do understand that things happen, but alot of the videos I have seen have been in their homes with these. Imagine is this catches on fire in someones house, then something that they may have invested their lifes earnings are up in smoke literally for a present for their kids.

I am sure the company is doing their best to make sure this goes away and hopefully they will get things straight so that we can move on and not have these issues anymore. I will say for those of you who have these, please be careful. While we as parents strive to get the things that our kids want, we should not have to chance possibly losing one of our children over something like this.
