On Friday, March 24, Marion “Suge" Knight was hospitalized for a blood clot, now he’s suffering from an illness that kept him from appearing at a court hearing on Monday, March 27. The former music mogul is still facing a murder trial, which has been delayed once again.

Knight has been incarcerated for two years, still on trial for the death of Terry Carter in an alleged hit-and-run accident that also injured Cle “Bone” Sloan during filming for the “Straight Outta Compton” biopic. He still maintains he's not guilty and that he feared for his life and panicked, then causing the accident that killed Carter.

According to AllHipHop,

"Carter’s daughter is frustrated because since Knight did not make this court date, she could not deliver the statement she was planning to read in open court.”

The young woman reportedly just wants to fulfilled in her family’s right to a speedy trial, which she had planned on stating to the judge on Monday before Knight’s health allegedly forced him not to appear.

Blood clots are reportedly still the cause of Knight missing the court hearing.
