Michigan — Saginaw Correctional inmate Steven D. Sandison, already in prison for a previous killing in 1991, went before a judge on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 and received the charge of second-degree murder after he admitted to killing his cellmate, Theodore Dyer. Dyer who was serving a 25 - 50 year sentence, would not stop attempting to justify his crime for first-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to Detroit Free Press.

In the video above Sandison tells the judge that he "hit Dyer and wrapped a cord around his neck."
