This week the focus is on iron consumption.  If you are tired,weak or always cold, chances are need more iron in your diet.

Believe it or not, some of our health problems can be solved by simply changing what we eat.  Iron is one those minerals the body must have.  It not only carries oxygen throughout the body, but if don't have enough of it the body will break-down.  For example, low iron can cause you to be cold all the time.  Another indicator that your iron is low, is feeling tired all the time.

This week in Upgrade Your Health, I want you to make sure your consuming the proper amount of iron.  Pay attention to your body and see if you have any symptoms of low iron.  If not, your on the right track and eating the proper foods to keep your iron levels were they need to be.
