J. Cole releases a near tear-jerking video for his second single 'Crooked Smile,' from his latest hit album 'Born Sinner.' The video deliver's a different, yet substantially thought-provoking message than the song's seemingly positive message.

The Sheldon Candis directed video star's Cole in the role of drug dealer who partakes in all of the typical activities that American's across the country do, like mowing the lawn and prepping the bar-be-que grill, his character specifically for what seems to be his daughters birthday.

Then somewhere else in the city there's a DEA agent who shares breakfast with his own daughter before leaving to lead a raid and arrest on the character played by J. Cole. A raid and arrest occurs while Cole and his family are asleep. When the little girl wake's up and looks on from her bedroom as Cole is arrested, things take a turn for the worse.

The video is dedicated to Aiyana Stanley-Jones, an innocent 7-year-old girl who was shot and killed during a police raid by the Detroit Police Departments Special Response Team in 2010.
