BET reports Janet Jackson has put the breaks on her Unbreakable World tour.  Beings that she'll be touring through June 25, 2016, taking a break every now and then isn't a bad idea.  Make no mistake...Janet's back and rekindled the magic with legendary producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.  Her first album in seven years, Unbreakable, is available today and you can stream it here!

Peep the video for the lead-off single, "No Sleep" featuring J. Cole and listen the her newest joint featuring Missy Elliott below.

At 49, Janet is better than ever, and doesn't look a day over 30.  However, she understands the key to longevity in this business, is knowing when to rest. The iconic singer has been selling out venues left and right on her Unbreakable World tour since August 31st, but according to BET she's shutting things down for few dates to charge up her vocal chords.

Fans got the bad news Thursday in Vegas as word of her upcoming October 9 and October 10 shows at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino have been cancelled.  The good news is she's going to make the dates up and even moving her Las Vegas stop to a 20,000 seat arena May 14.

Live Nation announced ticket holders will be given full refunds and will get first dibs on the new date, with those going on sale October 16.  Janet just tore down the stage in New Orleans at the Smoothie King Center and she'll be back this way for the second leg of the tour.  So, you still get a chance to see this historic show.

See Ms. Jackson live in Houston at the Toyota Center January 23 and in Lafayette at the Cajundome May 28, 2016.  Tickets for both shows are on sale now!  For a look at ALL of the tour dates, click here.
