The feud between JAY-Z and Kanye West appears to be one step closer to ending, following reports the two are planning to meet face-to-face to discuss their ongoing Tidal dispute.

According to a report from TMZ, lawyers for the rappers have been trying to settle Kanye's $3.5 million dispute against Tidal, but Hov and 'Ye have not wanted to meet with each other until now. Now, they're both reportedly willing to sit down.

Things between the two soured after Kanye called out Jay during his infamous Saint Pablo Tour rant. At a 2016 show in Sacramento, Calif., Yeezy said, "JAY-Z, call me, bruh. You still ain't call me. JAY-Z, I know you got killers. Please don't send 'em at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man."

The relationship worsened over the summer when Kanye ended his exclusivity deal with Tidal after the parties couldn't come to an agreement over the money Kanye felt he was owed.

Recently, Hov discussed his feud with Kanye during a Tidal interview, revealing his problem came when Yeezy mentioned his wife and children. “It’s not even about Kanye, it really isn’t," JAY-Z said. "His name is there, just because it’s just the truth of what happened."

He added, “But what really hurt me was... you can’t bring my kids and my wife into it. Kanye’s my little brother. He’s talked about me 100 times. He made a song called ‘Big Brother.’ We’ve gotten past bigger issues. But you brought my family into it, now it’s a problem with me. That’s a real, real problem.”
