As previously reported, Jimmy Henchman is currently in a Brooklyn federal prison for running a $10 million a year cocaine operation.  Now, he's facing the death penalty for the murder of Lowell Fletcher.

According to reports Lowell Fletcher was gunned down in September of 2009 in the Bronx, just two weeks after he was released from prison.  Fletcher had just completed a two year sentence for smacking Jimmy Henchman's son, Lil Henchman" and other unrelated narcotics charges.

The Lil Henchman "smack down" happened in March of 2007, during an altercation between 50 Cent, Tony Yayo, and Lodi Mack.  The youngster was walking to his dads Czar Entertainment offices, which was also on the same street of 50's management team, Violator Management.

50 and crew allegedly spotted the young man walking down the street wearing a Czar Entertainment sweatshirt, at the height of the feud between G-Unit and rapper Game, who was managed by Czar Entertainment at the time.  Obviously, there was bad blood between Henchman and Fif, because at the time Henchman was managing Game.

Somehow the youngster and 50's crew were coming up the same street.  The started going back an forth with words and eventually Lil Henchman got himself surround by Yayo and Lowell and was smacked in the face.  The assault was condemned by Charles Barron and Al Sharpton.  Tony Yayo later pled guilty for his role in the incident and was sentenced to probation and ordered to create an anti-violence PSA.

Last year in June, two men were officially charged with the murder of Lowell Fletcher.  Those men where Rodney Johnson and Brian McCleod, from Florida.  Both men are currently in jail, accused of being the triggermen in the hit.

In hopes of getting a lesser sentence, the two men agreed to cooperate.  Claiming that they did the hit for Henchman in exchange for a shipment of cocaine.

Jimmy Henchman is being represented by Gerald Shargel.  It is possible that he can get the death penalty.
