Alright people you wanna get some great food and find a family friendly place to work out then this Saturday, you need to join me at Big Al's Eatery for the huge re-grand opening beginning at 10:30 am and going until!Now I can definitely tell you that Big Al's Eatery is a great spot for daily lunches and great food all around with a great staff to compliment the entire place. Well this Saturday I will be broadcasting live beginning at 10:30 am with plenty of giveaways and so much more. Also for the first 20 ladies that come by and holler at me get a free gym membership from "The Gym" the place I work out at, I must add. So come on out for some great fun and food with us this Saturday from 10:30 am til 1:30 pm  at Big Al's Eatery 3669 5th Avenue in Lake Charles!
