According to reports Julez Santana had one of his boys rough up JoJo Simmons in retaliation over a diss song that he recorded a few months ago.

The crazy thing about it, someone took of picture of JoJo getting hemmed up.  A photo of a Skull Gang member roughing JoJo is currently all over the internet.  It looks like an unexpected JoJo was caught by surprise while on his cell. The embarrassing image is posted on Instagram with this caption. “Guess who I caught y’all Lil punk a– Jo Jo that made the diss track look at his face when he ace! #facts shouldn’t pop s— if u not bout that life real n—-s don’t care who u related too f— n—-,” read the caption.

As far as the beef between Juelz and JoJo, it all started when the Dipset member name-dropped JoJo on a song called ‘Soft.’  Wasting no time JoJo retaliated with a diss song of his own called ‘Holy Water.’and it looks like Julez can dish it but can’t take it. And sent word to one of his goons to shake JoJo up a little bit.

While JoJo was out and about dude caught him slipping and made him call Julez to apologize.

AllHipHop new is reporting that a member of Future‘s FreeBandz team was shot and killed Thursday (April 11) by an unknown gunman during rush hour in Atlanta.   According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution, rapper OG Double D was driving in his Maybach on I-20 when shots were fired from a white SUV that fled the scene. An off-duty firefighter was on the scene first and had to break the windows on the $400,000 car to provide CPR.

“It sounded like a bazooka,” an unidentified witness told Atlanta’s WSB-TV about the shooting.

OG was transported to a Grady Memorial hospital where he later died. Not much is known about him outside of reports that he was an executive and affiliated with Future’s FreeBandz imprint. Last year, he released a club anthem called ‘Preach to Them (Meech N Dem).’

Upon hearing the news of his friend’s death, Future tweeted, “RIP UNKA #DD #FREEBANDDOUBLE..he called me the wizard & ima live up too it #lafamilia.”

Atlanta police have no suspects or motive in the case.  To all his family and friends we send our condolences.

Today is tax day in the U.S. and as some citizens were getting prepared to file last-minute tax forms over the last several days, Lauren Hill is filing legal documents to prevent her conviction on three counts of tax evasion from sending her to jail.

According to TMZ, L Boogie  is asking a judge for probation in stead of locking her up.  Lauren plead guilty to owing federal taxes on over $1.8 million in income from the years 2005-2007. [Hill earned $818,000 in ’05, $222,000 in ’06, and $761,000 in ’07]

Reportedly, her legal docs in the case are saying that she didn’t pay her taxes in those years because she had to protect her family.  TMZ  quotes the papers to read “ She withdrew from society at large due to what she perceived as manipulation and very real threats to herself and her family.”  However is unclear as to what type of threats her family allegedly faced.

The former Fugees is also requesting that the court take into consideration that it would be much easier for her to pay back the taxes if she is allowed to continue to work as oppose to being sent to jail.

Lauren was arrested and then released on $150,000 bail in June last year and the judge in the case is expected to rule on her sentence next Monday.  By the way each count carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a $100,000 fine.
