Judge Orders Tyrese and Ex-Wife Not to Physically Discipline Daughter

Tyrese and his ex-wife Norma Gibson now share 50/50 custody of their daughter, but it comes with a few court-ordered conditions.

According to TMZ, "neither Tyrese nor Norma can use corporal punishment in disciplining 10-year-old Shayla." In addition to that,

--Tyrese must take parenting classes focused on appropriate disciplining of his daughter.
-- Both Tyrese and Norma must enroll in "high conflict parenting classes."
-- Tyrese and Shayla must enroll in joint therapy with a psychologist. Shayla must also undergo individual counseling.

Looks as if Tyrese will have a great holiday as his baby girl will be with him for Christmas and New Years, but on condition, the visitations must be spent in Southern California until April 30.

This whole mess began when Norma accused Tyrese of physically abusing their daughter, of which the actor/singer denied the allegations. The judge must have seen through the accusations in what Tyrese described as his ex-wife just being vengeful.
