TMZ reports that Chris was in court for a progress hearing.  Apparently the judge felt the allegations of assault were enough to revoke his probation.

On the bright side though, the judge didn’t send Breezy to jail because he was “impressed with Chris’s progress in his anger management rehab.” As previously reported, Chris Brown was sentenced to 90 days in rehab last month. E! News reports the singer is in a residential treatment facility and must undergo drug testing and take medication as prescribed by a doctor.

Despite today’s leniency, the judge can still do some damage.  Find out how inside Tha Wire below.

Finally, Beyoncé’s monster roll out of her new self-titled album is going extremely well and is on its way of being the number 1 album in the country. So-far the digital only LP is setting an iTunes record for the biggest first week sales ever.  On top of that Bey topped her own personal best in opening sales as well.  However, despite the unbelievable success, the BEYONCÉ project has a lot of haters.  Unfortunately, according to Billboard  retail giant Target will not being stocking the album.

The store has decided not to sell BEYONCÉ because it was released exclusively online before it was available for sale in CD form.

Target spokesperson Erica Julkowski told Billboard:

While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyonce in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats. At this time, Target will not be carrying Beyonce’s new self-titled album Beyoncé.

Ironically enough, I’m not sure who they’re going to be hurting beings that Beyonce’s already sold a half million copies of the digital album in it's first week.  Target could very well be shooting themselves in the foot.  Non the less retailers like Walmart are gonna be more than willing to sell Beyonce'.  By the way, listen to Tha Wire now and find out how you can get your hands on the hard copy and when it will be in stores.
