Update:

Juelz has responded to the allegations on Instagram:

Original Story:

Juelz Santana has lost his home. Bossip reports that the Dipset member's New Jersey crib has been foreclosed after Santana failed to make mortgage payments for three years.

A judge issued the final foreclosure agreement on April 22 and the condo will be sold at a sheriff's auction. Court records showed that Juelz Santana had 10 days to respond to the foreclosure but never did.

Santana took out a $486,000 mortgage 11 years ago to pay for the New Jersey condo, which was sold at $540,000. In papers filed to court, Wells Fargo said the rapper stopped making his $3,754 monthly mortgage payment in November 2013.

The "Mic Check" rapper now owes $688,219 plus $7,000 in lawyers’ fees. Considering the dollar amount he's on the hook for, it might explain why Santana recently announced his return to music.

In a new interview, Santana promised that a lot of new material was on the way.

"Just going to drop projects, man," he said. "Project after project. Main objective is just to get hot in the street. It’s about time to show them what it is. If I hear somebody on a track, I might reach out to them and get them on there. I’m just working, though. It’s about me right now. I fuck with everybody, everybody fuck with me."

The Harlem native's last release came in 2013 when he dropped the God Will'n mixtape. Since then, Santana has been relatively quiet on the music front. He was a part of the Dipset reunion last year which produced a few new tracks before fizzling out.
