Justin Bieber‘s ‘Boyfriend’ is making crazy noise on the charts and really making moves with the R&B side, well since he was already taking a tab into the hip hop arena, he may be doing it again with the help of hip hoppers 2 Chainz and Mac Miller for the remix.

As reported by XXL, last night (May 22) Bieber tweeted: “To celebrate the ‪#BELIEVEtour‬ coming… I might need to drop this ‪#BOYFRIENDremix‬ @2Chainz @MacMiller” Miller tweeted in response, “uh oh….”

Bieber hasn’t followed through on his promise yet, so we can only imagine what the remix will sound like. His co-stars on the track are both rising stars within the hip-hop world. 2 Chainz hasn’t officially released a solo studio album, but he’s been hanging with Kanye West and plans to drop a record in late summer. Miller hit No. 1 with his 2011 debut, ‘Blue Slide Park’ and is touring with Wiz Khalifa.

‘Boyfriend’ is the No. 9 song in the country after peaking at No. 2, and a remix could boost it back up the charts. Bieber just announced a massive North American arena tour that will feature Carly Rae Jepsen and another yet-to-be-announced guest. His upcoming ‘Believe‘ album includes collabos with hip-hop acts Big Sean, Drake, Nicki Minaj and Ludacris.
