In an interview with MTV News, New Orleans bred rapper Juvenile stated that he’d returned to Cash Money Records and plans on finishing where he started. This being the third time he’s been signed to the famed record label.
"It's already done, man, I signed the paperwork a couple days ago,"  "I'm signed back. Rich Gang, I'm about to get my little tattoo and everything. It's all love. I'm back.”  - Juvenile
Juvenile also went onto express that this time around it’s his last stop before he retires.
"I'm here to stay too," said Juvenile. "For everybody out there, I'm not going nowhere. I talked about it to [Birdman] like, man, I plan on retiring here. You start where you finish. I ain't going nowhere, I'm here.” - Juvenile
Cash Money Records CEO, Birdman, also touched on re-signing Juvie:
"Even though we been through what we've been through, we're older now 'cause we were younger then, "We all spoke. [Lil'] Wayne did music with him, we spoke. I just wanted to feel if the time was right, if we could do it or if we wasn't gonna do it, we just wasn't gonna do it. And I just feel like the time is right.” - Birdman
It’s great to know that men can overcome their past differences, especially African American men. I’m looking forward to hearing what Juvie bounces back with musically. Hopefully when B.G. is released from prison we can get a long overdue album from the Hot Boyz, but we shall see!
