Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will be nearly half a million dollars richer after winning a lawsuit against the co-founder and former CEO of YouTube, Chad Hurley.

According to TMZ, Hurley is set to pay Kimye $440,000 for recording and leaking Kanye's proposal to Kim at AT&T Park in San Francisco in 2013. Hurley, who signed a confidentiality agreement at the event, uploaded the video to his site, MixBit, and tweeted it to millions of his followers.

The YouTube co-founder sold the video sharing giant to Google for $1.65 billion in 2006, so the payout shouldn't put a hurting on his pockets too much. He must pay up within the next few days for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
