Pint sized comedian Katt Williams has been on a tirade of the sort lately, from punching a employee at a Target store recently, a few melt down's on stage, and several other spazz-tastic episodes that I've lost count of at this point. I even witnessed him spit on a heckler at a comedy show in 2011. Now Katt is airing out one of Hollywood's top actors Jamie Foxx, and saying that he is in fact gay, and that he can prove it.
