Katt Williams Arrested Again And Being Held Without Bound

Today in Tha Wire comedian/actor Katt Williams has been on another downward spiral as he has been in and out of the news for a variety of bizarre acts, to being arrested for the second time in eight days. The funny man has been in the news constantly for the past two weeks and nobody's laughing. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC.) Micah “Katt” Williams was arrested Tuesday(March 8) this week and is now looking at charges of battery, terrorist threats, false imprisonment and felony possession of marijuana.over a dispute with his bodyguard.

Hall County sheriff’s Deputy Nicole Bailes reports the 44-year old star is scheduled for a hearing at 2 p.m. today to answer to the laundry list of charges that have been adding up since February.

In the latest incident Williams is accused of threatening his bodyguard, Corey Dixon, on February 28. Deputy Bailes said at press time, the comedian and his two acquaintances allegedly confined and assaulted Dixon. She added, “It’s our understanding that Mr. Williams was encouraging our victim, Mr. Dixon, to engage in some criminal activity in the Atlanta area. One acquaintance, Tatiana Smith, 24, is accused of choking Dixon and assaulting him with a baseball bat, and Williams is accused of threatening to kill him."

According to reports deputies executed a search of Williams’ house Tuesday, during wich time they found a large quantity of marijuana and several guns. Deputy Bailes reported both the acquaintances were charged as well. Tatiana Smith was charged with aggravated assault, misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of the drug Alprazolam. While 40-year old, Lena Smith, was charged with felony possession of marijuana.

To make matters worse, Williams was out on a $5,000 bond. The (AJC) reports the day before, he was arrested on a separate battery charge, February 29 after he attacked a store clerk at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. The victim told police the comedian punched him during a verbal dispute. However Williams told TMZ "he did what he had to do," after the clerk allegedly made a racist remark.

If that's not enough, Katt Williams and 15 members of his entourage, are also being accused of physically attacking and stealing cellphones from five women visiting Atlanta for a girls weekend! He was also recently accused of getting into a fight with hecklers in L.A., which he told TMZ was self-defense.

In another bizarre incident the It's Pimpin' comedian charged and punched a man in the face, while on stage at a Beanie Sigal concert in Philly. Peep the crazy video below.
