Today we will be adding to our simple steps incorporating squats in our exercise and also instead of eating canned veggies take the option of frozen, fresh or organic. Adding simple steps every week to each other equals progress and progress leads to weight loss and healthy living.
Taking simple steps by incorporating new but healthy ways to cook, buy and eat fruits and vegetables will increase your life tremendously. Longevity in life is caused by simply taking care of your body by eating well, doing things out of the ordinary and teaching others to do the same.
