Kendrick Lamar has got to be one of the luckiest guys in the world. He has had a cosign by the legendary Dr. Dre who also enlisted his help on the recently dropped Compton album that came out a few months ago. He also has one of the biggest debuts for a hip hop artist on his first release which featured Swimming Pool and Poetic Justice.

He also had the chance to sit down and speak with all the surviving members of NWA which included Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, DJ Yella and MC Ren. Well now he's got another knotch to add under his belt. He recently had the chance to sit down with music producer legend Quincy Jones. Obiviously anyone who is familiar with music knows this guy. He produced for Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra and so many more. They had the chance to sit down and Kendrick really got enlightened on the music side of it and truly got schooled from a major vet in the game.

Kendrick Lamar Interviews Quincy Jones:

If Kendrick doesn't release another album, the one thing he can not deny is that he has had life experiences that others would only dream of having. He is definately a genius as well when it comes to hip hop, but no one makes it to the top without the help of those around you.
