Key & Peele star in their latest sketch “Horrible Boss,” where the duo parody the hit television series of the same name.

Jordan Peele plays the character who is president of the company, who at the end of his undercover shift attempts to reveal the news to his unknowing employee's who he really is. Before he can get it out, he’s met by continuous ridicule from an employee named Joseph, played by Keegan-Michael Key. When the president does push through the interruptions to reveal himself, Joseph’s facial expressions say that he’s had a sever change of heart and he immediately becomes a butt kisser.
