Keyshia Cole Avoids Jail Time In Assault Case – Tha Wire

TheBoomBox reports Keyshia Cole is one lucky lady, as the R&B songstress wont see any jail time after serving up a beat-down to a woman inside Birdman's West Hollywood condo in September.
We all heard the story, Ms. Cole went ballistic on Sabrina Mercadel, who turn out to be an employee of Cash Money. Reportedly, the singer spotted Mercadel walking outta Baby's bathroom and without asking any question, jumped on her. The unprovoked attack, left the woman with scratches on her face and injuries to her finger, neck and back.
According to TMZ, an inside source told them the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, doesn’t want to bother with taking the case to trial. Instead they’d rather have the two ladies have a face-to-face sit-down. Meanwhile word has it, the R&B diva may have to attend mandatory anger management classes, beings jail time is off the table.
