Keyshia Cole Returns With Third BET Reality Show [VIDEO]

Keyshia Cole is a single woman and mom these days, but looks like she's wearing her new lifestyle well.  After 3 years of marriage Keyshia Cole stopped by The Breakfast Club in March and confirmed she and her NBA star husband, Daniel 'Boobie' Gibson were separated.

The couple began dating in 2009, engaged in 2010 and that same year they welcomed their first child together, Daniel Hiram Gibson, Jr.  Keyshia and Boobie got married in 2011 and actually ended up having 2 wedding ceremonies before it was all said and done. Sadly enough, it didn't last.  Fast forward, 3 months after revealing they had split, when asked about the status of her relationship, the singer replied, "We co-parent."  Peep the video below for more.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ Keyshia had drawn up divorce papers and though that may or may not be true, the couple isn't officially divorced yet.  Meanwhile, another report came through TMZ, that Boobie beat her to the punch and supposedly filed last month in L.A. County Superior Court.  However, that wasn't true.   The NBA baller told TMZ he never once considered filing, adding "She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in 'til death do us part."  Reportedly the phony divorce papers allegedly filed by Boobie, were actually drawn-up by a lunatic impostor.

Now that's some drama.  Speaking of which they say "the third times a charm" and maybe it is, because Keyshia Cole is coming back to BET for her third reality series.  The songbird will serve as co-executive producer of her new project, which at this time is untitled.  For that matter, a premiere date hasn't been revealed yet either.

From 2006-08, she and Boobie appeared in Keyshia & Daniel: Family First and unlike their marriage, the show was successful.  Since then, a lot has changes and girlfriend has a lot to talk about, from the struggles of her relationship to breaking-up, being a mom and reviving her music career.

As far as Keyshia Cole's music career, it's in full swing.  The R&B diva is promoting her sixth studio album "Point Of No Return" and recently stopped by 106 & Park to drop the video for her brand new DJ Mustard-produced single, “She.”
