Lecrae has secured himself a heavenly partnership. The Grammy Award-winning rapper has inked a distribution deal with Columbia Records for his label Reach Records.

Lecrae has been on the scene for more than a decade, delivering his relatable brand of faith-based hip-hop and racking up awards, chart-topping singles and mainstream recognition along the way, all without compromising his message.

His 2014 release, Anomaly, is his most critically-acclaimed album to date, earning him a Grammy nomination for "All I Need Is You" and debuting at No. 1 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums Chart.

"The Atlanta based artist, community leader, activist and entrepreneur has helped to revive the genre’s conscious sensibility with his message of inspiration," Columbia Records said in a statement.

Lecrae released Church Clothes 3 earlier this year, and recently released a book, Unashamed, where the rapper shares tough details about his childhood and battle with addiction.

"My personal philosophy is that success is not what you do compared to other people, success is what you do compared to what you were made to do," Lecrae told XXL in a recent interview. "For me it’s just really trying to live in the moment, focus on what you doing and keep doing what you’re doing well. It felt great but I’m not really the type of person that sits in it and just revel in it. I’m like aight, what else we got to do, let’s keep moving."
