Lil Flip Surprises Student Stabbed in School Over Shoes
Colorado Springs, Colorado -- A middle school student got a big surprise from a veteran Houston, Texas rapper recently.
According to Fox21News, Kyler Davila has a collapsed lung after he was stabbed in the hallways of Carmel Middle School, he was bullied because he’s not able to wear regular shoes. He is now collecting shoes to help kids who have experienced the same bullying that he has, and Lil Flip surprised him to contribute to his cause.
“I had three pairs of shoes donated to me, because I was being bullied about my shoes, and I really liked the feeling,” said Kyler. “I didn’t want other kids to get bullied because of their shoes, and I wanted other kids to have that same feeling, so I started collecting them for other kids,” said Davila.
The “This is the Way We Ball” rapper was in town for a concert and stopped by to surprise Kyler and donated shoes from his own line of footwear to help the young boys mission. If you would like to help Kyler, get more details here.
