Lil Pump is planning to file a lawsuit against the police department who arrested him at Miami International Airport back in December. He made this decision after a video of him getting detained at the airport went viral on Thursday (Feb. 21).

Addressing the video, the 18-year-old rapper jumped on Instagram to put the police on notice that a lawsuit is coming in their direction. "DIRTY ASS 🐷SAID “ITS YOUR BAG NOW” THIS RACIST SHIT NEEDA STOP LAWSUIT ON DA WAY," he wrote in the caption along with the clip of him getting into a shouting match with police.

As we previously reported, TMZ posted a video of Pump's December 2018 arrest at Miami International Airport. Footage from a body cam shows the rapper getting yelled at by cops over a bag that they claimed smell like weed. Pump insisted that it's not his bag, but the police weren't hearing it. "It's your bag now!" one cop yelled at Pump.

Although police found no drugs, Pump and his manager were charged with disorderly conduct. Both pleaded not guilty in the case.

This isn't the first time Pump has faced problems with the law over the last few months. The Warner Bros. Records artist was arrested in Denmark for similar reasons that same month. In that incident, cops did find weed on him and subsequently banned him and his crew from returning to the country.

XXL has reached out to the Miami-Dade Police Department for comment on Pump's claims.
