Lil Scrappy Checks Into Rehab

Lil Scrappy checked into rehab in an effort to smooth out his legal issues.

TMZ is reporting that the Love & Hip Hop rapper is hoping to ease the penalty of violating his probation by checking into rehab.  As previously reported, during a court ordered drug test, Scrappy gave officers cold urine and when he was asked to give another specimen he refused.   Because he failed to produce a clean court-ordered urine sample, he violated his probation.

Long story short, the rapper says he's addicted to marijuana.  So, he voluntarily entered a rehab facility in the Atlanta area Thursday night and will remain there until his next hearing on June 16, where he's hoping the judge will show him leniency.  During his stay, Scrappy will be  isolated from society and won’t be entitled to ell-phones, laptops, or no visitors for two weeks.
