Lil Wayne's anger and frustration with Cash Money haven't gone anywhere. During the Houston stop of his former protege Drake's Summer Sixteen tour, Weezy let fans in attendance know just how he feels about the label he used to happily call home.

"Houston, Texas, before I leave y'all, I want to say I know I'll always have a home at Rap-A-Lot Records, and y'all know they're fucking me over right now," he said. "So before I go, I leave you with these kinds words: Fuck Cash Money."

Weezy's most recent anti-Cash Money declaration comes on the heels of his stunning Twitter announcement that he was considering retiring from rap. “I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I’m dun,” he tweeted last Friday (Sept. 2). “Ain’t lookin for sympathy, just serenity.”

Weezy's problems with Cash Money became public when he tweeted about his frustrations with the label in December of 2014. “To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it,” he wrote. “I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain’t that easy.”

Drake hasn't ever come out and dissed Cash Money, but he did recently make an Instagram post supporting his mentor. “The boss @liltunechi. We are fighting until you get yours,” wrote Drake. “Freedom to drop music and peace of mind. I don’t know what these other weirdos are on with all the side talks but I know you gave me a shot and all I can ever do with the rest of my life is return the favor. YOUNG MONEY FOREVER.”
