Lil Wayne Recalls Jay-Z Offering Him $175,000 Record Deal with Roc-A-Fella [VIDEO]

While Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz were out promoting their last project together, Collegrove, Weezy told a rare story to Dj Drama about an encounter with Jay Z.

According to Weezy, Jay Z once offered him $175,000 to sign with Roc-A-Fella Records. It was years ago, during the day at Hov’s "40/40 Club," where he was hanging with Denzel Washington, and Derek Jeter. Wayne said they were laughing at jokes he didn’t get, and he would talk with him on the side, all while still talking and joking with Washington and Jeter.

“Two teeth in my mouth are worth $175,000,” said Wayne. He says now him and Jay Z laugh about it, especially considering they’re cool now. Wayne also said once he gets his situation worked out (Issues with Cash Money), we should expect more music from him with other artists.
