Never thought I'd see the day Lil Wayne and Birdman would fall-out, but from the looks of things that's exactly what's happening.  According to Billboard, Lil Wayne is furious that Birdman and Cash Money Records are refusing to release Tha Carter V.  The question is why?

The album has had several release dates that have all come and gone.  In fact the last release date scheduled was supposed to be next week, but Wayne is saying that's probably not happen either.  The rapper recently took to Twitter to let a few things off his chest and to apologize to his fans for the continued delays saying ,

To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it.  This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation.

Weezy had a few other things to say and for more on what that was, check out Tha Wire post at 107jamz.com.  One things for sure Lil Wayne ain't happy at all.  Meanwhile Baby has remained relatively quiet and according to AllHipHop, continues to present Young Money-Cash Money as one unit.

Weezy on the other hand, only acknowledges Young Money.  In fact he tweeted, "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people."  Lil Wayne continued to say that he wants out of Cash Money. He announced re-signing to Cash Money in April 2012 Wayne re-signed to Cash Money, but only committed to doing four more albums.  Since then he only dropped one, that being  I Am Not A Human Being II.  Which means before he can make a move, hes got three more albums to go.... well one more IF Cash Money ever releases both Part I & II of Tha Carter V.

Maybe that's why, Cash Money is dragging their feet.  What do you think? Let us know.

Finally, BET reports the man accused of stalking AshantiDevar Hurd already ran off a potential juror for his upcoming trial.  Dude couldn't keep quiet during the recent jury selection for his trial yesterday.  For starters, BET reports Hurd is actually representing himself against allegations that he's been harassing the R&B diva and her family for a while now.

Addressing potential jurors in court, “Excuse my attire. I been in the pens for 12 hours. Just letting you know,” ironically, he got a couple of laughs.  But one potential juror didn't see anything funny and asked to be excused as he walked he said, "Your honor, I can’t treat this case fairly with this guy representing himself,” the man said.

As I said, Hurd is representing himself in the case and told the court, “It’s not because I wanted to. I had three attorneys. I fired them all.”  He didn't stop there he continued to ramble off, “The charge that I’m quote unquote guilty of — they trumped up the stalking charge!”

It wasn't long before the put him in check, warning him to shut-up basically.  Hurd is do back in court and Ashanti is going to be there.  Get more details about that now!  Press play to hear Tha Wire and get the scoop on what celebs are celebrating birthdays this weekend.
