The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports, authorities have the man who's believed to have shot-up Lil Waynes tour buses in custody.  Atlanta police issued an arrest warrant for the suspect and he turned himself in June 2.  James Carlton Winfrey was arrested and charged with criminal gang activity, terrorist threats, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, discharging a firearm on or near a public highway and reckless conduct.  As previously reported, police said Winfrey is affiliated with the Bloods and fired the shots “in order to gain status in his criminal organization by committing a high profile shooting of a rival rap artist.”

AllHipHop reports Winfrey is more than likely gonna do a lot of time.  He was already on probation for being convicted of drug possession in Florida last year.  Some say, Winfrey is down with Young Thug and supposedly used to be Thugger's tour manager.  On top of that, he's said to be down with Birdman.

Finally, if you have a Beats Pill speaker you might need to send it back.  According the reports Apple has recalled the Beats Pill XL wireless speakers, because the batteries overheat and causing a fire hazard.  If you have one of these, Apple's asking that you return it and they'll give you a $325 refund.  This recall may take forever beings that theirs 222,000 in the U.S. alone.

Apple posted the following, “Customer safety is always a top priority at both Apple and Beats, and we have voluntarily decided to recall this product.”  By the way their only doing returns online, so don't try and bring em back to the Apple store.
