Lil Wayne’s Jet Forced to Land after He Suffers Seizure

On Monday afternoon, rapper Lil Wayne’s private jet made an emergency landing in Nebraska because of a medial scare.

According to TMZ, Weezy was leaving Milwaukee and traveling to California when the plane landed in Omaha because the Young Money boss had a seizure.

Lil Wayne reportedly blacked out when the pilot landed the plane, and refused medical attention after regaining consciousness.

A later update states that after the jet took off again, and within minutes of being in the air, Wayne had a second seizure and lost consciousness. The private jet was forced to land once more in Omaha. Wayne reportedly refused medical attention again after regaining consciousness. After being treated by paramedics on the plane, the rapper was transported to a hospital by ambulance.

This isn’t the first time Wayne has suffered from seizures, back in 2012 he suffered a seizure while flying from Texas to Los Angeles. Also, amidst conflicting reports at the time, he was hospitalized in ICU in 2013. The NOLA rapper has gone on record saying he’s been suffering from seizures since his youth, it’s just something he kept secret for a long time.

The tragic death of singer Prince should be a testament for anyone suffering from a medial scare while flying. Seek medical attention immediately. The price of fame is not worth more than you’re overall well-being.
