Love & Hip Hop’s Winter Ramos Drops Tell-All Book “Game Over” [VIDEO]

What ever happened to kiss don't tell?  It went out the door as soon a money and a book deal came in.  Lol!  Just ask Carmen Bryan, Nas' baby's mother who followed Karrine Steffans "Confessions of A Video Vixen" with a juicy tell-all "It's Not Secret"

Real quickly, rumor has it Karrine is pregnant for Hip Hop baby maker Lil Wayne.  Bad enough he had three children, by three different women in the same year.  His first child by way of a jump off named Sarah who he met on tour, the second with actress Lauren London, and the third with Dreams ex-wife R&B singer Nivea.

Another tell-all, if your into this kinda thing, is that of Mos Def's ex-wife Alana Wyatt-Smith's “Breaking The Code Of Silence” in which she puts all of Mos Def’s business on the street.  Apparently, she wrote the book because Mos Def wouldn't sign the divorce papers after she filed.

Well move over girls, here comes Love & Hip Hop's Winter Ramos.  Unlike the tell-alls of the past, as revealed during Monday night’s (Janurary 14^th) episode of Love & Hip Hop, she claims her book isn't bashing anyone.  Here's Winter with more details about her upcoming book:
