Today in Tha Wire rapper/actor Ludacris just added another tittle to his name...restaurant owner.  It's been a long time coming and Luda explained when he announced, via Instagram yesterday.

You go boy!  Ludacris says he's finally opened his "Chicken N Beer" restaurant in Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.  The rapper said the A's new eatery has been 3-years in the making but, I understand why it took a little while.  During that short period of time he was kinda preoccupied.  The star has been pedal-to-the-metal from starring in the seventh installment of Fast And Furious 7, dropping his 9th studio album, getting married to welcoming a daughter last year.

Using whatever free time he had, he made it happen.  As he said above next to you fly into or from the ATL's famous airports, stop-in and get your eat-on at his "Chicken N Beer" joint. The restaurant, named after his 2003 LP Chicken-n-Beer, is situated in the airports Concourse D.  In addition the Chicken and waffles menu items include other classics like shrimp and grits and more southern favorites.

Finally, look for Ludacris to be back on the big screen in the 8th installment of Fast And Furious, along with all of the original cast members and a few new ones.  The Fast 8 - New Road Ahead, movie trailer will be released on December 11 and the movie opens in April 2017!  According to Diesel, sequels 9 and 10 will be right behind it!

Congrats Luda!  For all things entertainment tune into Tha Wire every weekday at 12:50 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. and only on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.
