Today in Tha Wire the man Fulton County Police were hunting in connection with the murder of 37-year old Sutton Tennyson is in custody. AllHipHop reports the suspect is 44-year old Michael Williams, and he turned himself into police Wednesday (November 7, 2018.) Sutton as previously reported was the ex-fiance of reality star Angela Simmons and the father of her 2-year old son.

Atlanta TV-2 Tom Jones was on the scene when Williams arrived at the police station with his lawyer, Jackie Patterson. Williams was in no comment mode as he made his way to the station doors. Sources tell the TV station he turned himself in because he knew the fugitive squad was looking for him. Patterson addressed news cameras and stated that the murder accusations were taking a toll on his client.

Channel 2 reports Michael Williams was officially charged with Sutton Tennyson's murder. Charges included one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Police said they believe two other men where present when Sutten was shot, but named Williams as the shooter.

Patterson said of his client, "He's devastated. He's absolutely devastated. He's a family man." Williams was scheduled to answer to his charges Thursday before a judge. Hopefully, more will be revealed on why he killed Sutton. We will keep you posted on where the case goes from here. A neighbor of the upscale community everyone is shocked. They never thought their neighborhood will be a scene for murder saying, "Whatever the situation was, I'm sure there could have been an alternative ending that didn't result in a child losing his father."
