Man In New Orleans Gets Tased By Officers After Resisting Arrest [NSFW VIDEO]

Obviously this guy has some serious issues with the law. We don't know the full story, but apparently he was being a little hard to calm and the cops resorted to different measures to take him down. Unfortunately for the cops they had to use a little more convincing then they would have thought.

While this is truly sad, we see things like this all of the time and not just in areas where some feel the crime rate is through the roof. What's even more troubling was that this had to be done in front of his child. I do understand that our officers do have a right to do what needs to be done, but I wonder if things could have been handled differently.
