Today in Tha Wire singing legend, Mariah Carey, is being sued by her former employee. TMZ reports Michael Anello, worked for MiMi as head of security from June of 2015 until May of this year. Among his many accusations, she owes him for unpaid fees totaling $731,329.51. Aside from coming up short on payroll, Anello says the singer/actress committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by [him].”

Yup! The celebrity bodyguard is basically accusing Mariah of sexual harassment. TMZ obtained a draft of Anello's lawsuit, where he gives up details of sexual advances on a trip to Cabo San Lucas. The bodyguard says, Carey insisted he go to her room to move some luggage. When he arrived, the singer was allegedly wearing a see-through negligee that was open. He goes on to suggest he tried to leave, but she made move the luggage first. Somehow he found the exit, before anything physical happened.

If that's not enough, MiMi's former head of security claims she called him racist and derogatory names. According to TMZ, Anello's accusing the star of calling him and some of his co-workers White Supremacists. That Mariah said she “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

As for Mariah's camp, HotNewHipHop reports they say they didn't know anything about sexual harassment. The singer's team has been keeping in touch with the bodyguards attorneys. They've also paid off some of the bills, Anello claims they owe.  However the bodyguard didn't get everything, he asked for. For now he's sitting on the lawsuit, in hopes of getting an out of court settlement.

We'll see where this goes. So far Mariah has made no public statement regarding these accusations. As always I will keep you posted on any further details. Listen to Tha Wire daily for the latest in entertainment news, and only on The People's Station 107 Jamz.
